This is a generalist role in the founder's office, focused on growth. You'll work directly with the founder on whatever moves the needle this week — one day it's a go-to-market experiment, the next it's an internal tool, ops, hiring, or a data pull.
We want someone scrappy who uses AI as a force multiplier — automating the boring parts, drafting fast, and building small tools instead of waiting for engineering.
You might be a great fit if you:
- Are a sharp generalist who's allergic to "that's not my job"
- Have some AI fluency — you already use LLMs to work faster and have built or automated something with them
- Can go from messy problem → structured plan → shipped outcome
- Write clearly and think in first principles
- Are comfortable with ambiguity and owning the result
Nice to have:
- Light technical chops (no-code/low-code, SQL, a bit of scripting, or Zapier/Make)
- Prior startup, consulting, or founder experience
The hiring process

- Final conversation — walk us through what you built and meet the team.
