We're hiring an HR Manager to be the operating backbone of Helium's team. This is a broad people-and-ops role: you'll own hiring end-to-end, drive project management and OKRs across the company, and build the people learning and development programs that help everyone grow.
You're part recruiter, part chief-of-staff, part people coach. You bring structure to a fast-moving startup without slowing it down.
What you'll own:
- Hiring: run the full funnel — sourcing, screening, scheduling, candidate experience, offers, and onboarding.
- Project management & OKRs: set up and run the quarterly OKR process, keep teams accountable, and make sure the important work actually ships.
- People learning & initiatives: design onboarding, L&D programs, feedback and review cycles, and culture initiatives that make Helium a great place to work.
You might be a great fit if you:
- Have run hiring and people ops at a startup (generalist, hands-on)
- Are highly organized and systems-minded — you turn chaos into clear process
- Have run OKRs or a planning cadence and held teams accountable
- Care deeply about people, growth, and culture
- Use modern tools (and AI) to do more with less
Nice to have:
- Experience standing up HR/ATS/PM tooling from scratch
- A coaching or L&D background
