About the role

We're hiring a Performance Marketer to own paid acquisition end-to-end. You'll plan, launch, and optimize campaigns across Meta and Google, and you'll be accountable for the numbers — CAC, ROAS, payback, and pipeline.

We sell to both B2C and B2B audiences, so you should be comfortable switching between fast-feedback consumer funnels and longer, considered B2B journeys.

You might be a great fit if you:

  • Have hands-on-keyboard experience buying media on Meta and Google
  • Have driven real results in B2C and ideally B2B too
  • Live in the numbers — CAC, LTV, ROAS, MER, payback, blended vs. platform
  • Have strong instincts for creative, angles, and audience testing
  • Can build a simple model in a spreadsheet without hand-holding

Nice to have:

  • Experience with attribution, server-side tracking (CAPI), or MMM
  • A bit of SQL or comfort with analytics tools
