We're hiring a Performance Marketer to own paid acquisition end-to-end. You'll plan, launch, and optimize campaigns across Meta and Google, and you'll be accountable for the numbers — CAC, ROAS, payback, and pipeline.
We sell to both B2C and B2B audiences, so you should be comfortable switching between fast-feedback consumer funnels and longer, considered B2B journeys.
You might be a great fit if you:
- Have hands-on-keyboard experience buying media on Meta and Google
- Have driven real results in B2C and ideally B2B too
- Live in the numbers — CAC, LTV, ROAS, MER, payback, blended vs. platform
- Have strong instincts for creative, angles, and audience testing
- Can build a simple model in a spreadsheet without hand-holding
Nice to have:
- Experience with attribution, server-side tracking (CAPI), or MMM
- A bit of SQL or comfort with analytics tools
